WHAT IF MY PORCELAIN PIECES BREAK DURING SHIPMENT?

We take an extra care into packing all porcelain pieces so that they reach their destination safely. Should any damage occur during shipment your damaged pieces will be reshipped within a couple of days. Just send us a photo of a broken piece care@birdofporcelain.com

WHAT IF MY BRACELET BREAKS? CAN I HAVE IT RESTRUNG?

Sure! Should this happen we we’ll gladly do so within our warranty period of three months at no charge. Simply send it to us and we’ll repair and send it back to you at no cost. Should this happen after our warranty period and some beads are missing there will be a small repair fee.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I’VE SUCCESSFULLY PLACED AN ORDER?

Shortly after you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing your order number.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Please refer to the measurements in the items product description where you can find relevant size charts.

DO YOUR PIECES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Bird Of Porcelain jewelry pieces come with a warranty of three months. This does not cover loss, damage, breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewelry. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Bird Of Porcelain. Small fee may apply for the repair of pieces deemed outside warranty. To claim warranty please contact our studio. Bird Of Porcelain pieces are delicate by nature and therefore should be worn with care.
