TAKING CARE OF YOUR BIRD OF PORCELAIN PIECES

Our Jewelry is made of high quality porcelain and 14 Karat Gold-filled findings. Some products come with a Sterling Silver option.

Gold-filled. Gold-filled pieces can last for a very long time without tarnishing however it depends on lifestyle and environmental factors. To ensure your pieces last for years to come we recommend you to:

• store your jewelry in low humidity environment 
• avoid wearing it in water and exposing to chemicals. Apply perfumes and body lotions before putting your jewelry on. Let them dry first.
• take your jewelry off before you go to a pool or jacuzzi. Chlorine is a pretty harsh chemical. 
• polish with soft cloth 

Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver is perfect for those who want to wear their pieces all the time. All sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time; simply polish with a soft cloth.

Should your unglazed porcelain darken overtime you can easily bring its spark back by cleaning it with soft cloth, mild soap and warm water. Always dry your jewelry before storing it.

Ceramics. Our porcelain cups and jewelry dishes are dishwasher safe. We recommend hand washing for all pieces decorated with gold luster. The matte interior pieces which are not glazed can be easily cleaned with a cloth, mild soap and warm water.
